In 2009, Manningford Croft acquired the well-established estate agency Peter Maclaine based at 1 High Street, Pewsey.

The practice is owned and run by Simon Walker and Mark Chick who personally handle all aspects of residential sales, whilst Gabby Walker heads the residential lettings and property management team.
